• Recipe analysis and generation algorithms

Regarding content created within the Application:

• Users retain rights to their personal recipes and modifications
• AI-generated recipes remain the intellectual property of the Application
• User-submitted images remain the property of the users, with a license granted to the Application for processing and service improvement
• Shared recipes are subject to a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the Application's source code
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the Application
• Removing copyright notices or proprietary annotations
• Creating derivative works based on the Application
• Using the Application's intellectual property for commercial purposes without authorization
• Distributing or selling access to the Application's features

The Application includes components licensed from third parties, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI's ChatGPT technology
• Google Firebase services
• Various open-source libraries and frameworks

These components are subject to their respective licenses and copyright notices.

Limited use of the Application's content may be permitted for:

• Personal, non-commercial use
• Educational purposes
• News reporting
• Commentary and criticism

Any such use must include proper attribution to the Application.

The Owner reserves the right to:

• Take legal action against any unauthorized use of the Application
• Demand removal of infringing content
• Seek compensation for damages
• Block access to users violating these terms
